KCL Infra Projects Ltd Partly Paidup

The Company has vide letter dated December 09 2022 intimated inter-alia that the First and Final call of Rs.1.50 (Rupees One Rupees Fifty Paisa Only) per partly paid-up equity shares on 236979000 partly paid-up equity shares would be payable from Monday 26 December 2022 to Monday 09 January 2023 (both days inclusive).In this regard we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Friday 09th December 2022 has fixed Friday 16 December 2022 as the record date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders who shall be liable to pay the money on First and Final Call.Trading of the partly paid-up Equity Shares of the company (50 Paisa paid-up held under KCLINFPP ISIN-IN9469F01016) on stock exchange would be suspended with effect from Thursday 15 December 2022
