In continuation to our letter dated September 24 2024 with respect to Closure of Trading Window the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is closed for Designated Persons with effect from October 01 2024 and shall remain closed till November 13 2024 (both days inclusive) i.e. expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 02nd quarter and half-year ended September 30 2024 at the Board meeting convened on November 11 2024 intimation whereof given on October 31 2024.
