This is to inform you that in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons and pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees including their immediate relatives from Tuesday October 01 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30 2024.
