Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we wish to inform you that based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 18th March 2025 has inter alia considered and approved the appointment of B J B & Associates Chartered Accountant as Internal Auditor of the Company.Further the Board accepted the resignation of M/s. Pawan Gupta & Co. Chartered Accountant as an Internal Auditor of the Company w.e.f.11 th March2025 due to other commitments and Pre Occupation.
