Pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and trading restrictions placed by the Companys Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons we would like to inform that window for trading in Securities of the Company shall remain close for Designated Persons from Wednesday 01st January 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the 03rd Quarter ended on 31st December 2024 of Financial Year 2024-25 and trading window shall re-open thereafter.
