MASTER CHEMICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday 13th November 2024 at 3:00 P.M. through video conferencing/other Audio Visual means (OAVM) inter alia to consider and approve unaudited Financial Results for second quarter & half year ended 30th September 2024 along with Limited Review Report thereon.Further pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from 01st October 2024 and the same shall re-open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results.
