This is to inform you that in compliance of the provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons (the Code) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders as per the Code shall remain closed with effect from December 31 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of duly approved Unaudited Standalone as well as Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months period ended on December 31 2024 of the financial year 2024- 2025 by the Board of Directors of the Company.The date of Board Meeting for considering the Unaudited Standalone as well as Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months period ended on December 31 2024 shall be intimated separately.
