Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulation 2015 we are enclosing herewith a copy of the Postal Ballot notice being sent electronically to shareholders. The notice is being sent to all the members whose names appear with the Company Registrar and share Transfer Agent or their respective depository participants as on 27.12.2024. (cut off date). the e-voting period will commence from 02.01.2025 at 09:00 a.m. and will end on 31.01.2025 at 05:00 p.m.
