In pursuance of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders the trading window for dealing in the Companys securities would be closed for all the designated persons (including Directors and designated employees) and their immediate relatives and other designated persons from Wednesday January 1 2025 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024. The date of Board meeting will be intimated in due course.
