Further in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Company has intimated its Designated Persons and their relatives regarding closure of Trading Window from 1st April 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.Kindly take the same on your records.
