Pursuant to the Regulation 15(2) of SEBI( LODR) Regulation 2015 the compliance with the provisions of Regulation 23 shall not apply in respect of the listed entity having paid up equity share capital not exceeding Rs. 10 Cr. and Net worth of Rs. 25 Crores as on the last day of previous financial year.We hereby submit that NDA Securities Limiteds paid up equity share capital does not exceed 10 Cr. and Net worth of Rs. 25 crores in the last financial Year i.e. 31.03.2024.Therefore Regulation 23 of SEBI(LODR) regulation 2015 is not applicable on NDA Securities Limited.This is for your information and record.
