With reference to the captioned subject matter we wish to submit that the paid-up share capital of Neelkanth Limited is less than Rs. 10 Crores i.e. Rs. 435.90 Lakhs and the Net Worth is not exceeding Rs. 25 Crores i.e. Rs. 959.17 Lakhs as on the last day of the previous financial year i.e. March 31 2024 and therefore Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 is not applicable to the Company.
