At 12 PM, the BSE Sensex was 153.78 points, or 0.19 per cent higher at 81,443.74, while the Nifty 50 was at 24,567.10, up 18.40 points, or 0.07 per cent.

Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Rs 8,000-crore public offering of retail store leader Vishal Mega Mart, which has so far received decent participation from investors, is set to close today, Friday, December 13, 2024. Vishal Mega Mart IPO has received bids for 1,42,42,53,490 shares against 75,67,56,757 shares on offer, resulting in an oversubscription of 1.88 times, according to NSE data.

 

Notably, Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) led the demand for the IPO, oversubscribing their reserved category by 5.02 times, followed by Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) at 1.32 times. Stock Market LIVE Updates: Reliance Industries (RIL) shares are trading lower for the sixth straight day, down 2 per cent at Rs 1,240.70 on the BSE in Friday’s intra-day deal. In one week, the stock price of the country’s most valuable company in terms of market capitalisation has declined 5.4 per cent. In comparison, the BSE Sensex has declined 1.5 per cent during the same period. RIL is 2 per cent away from its 52-week low of Rs 1,217.70 that it touched on November 21, 2024.

Stock Market LIVE Updates: Ashok Leyland today announced that it will roll out a price increase of up to 3 per cent on its entire range of Commercial Vehicles, effective January 2025.

The company, in an exchange filing, said, "The extent of price increase will vary depending on model and variant, however all products across the range will be affected."

It cited inflation and higher commodity prices as reasons for the price increase, while saying that this move will help mitigate a part of the input cost impact.

Stock Market LIVE Updates: 360 One Wam today informed that it's subsidiary, 360 One Alternates Asset Management, has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire a 15 per cent stake in Maple Infra InvIT Investment Manager for a consideration of Rs 5.04 crore.

The company, in an exchange filing, said, "We wish to inform you that 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of 360 ONE WAM LIMITED, has entered into a share purchase agreement dated December 12, 2024, to acquire certain equity shares of Maple Infra InvIT Investment Manager Private Limited." 

Maple Infrastructure Trust owns and operates more than 1,200 lane kms of road assets in India, the company added. Various schemes of 360 ONE Private Equity Fund, managed by 360 ONE AAM have invested in units of Maple Infrastructure Trust.
