In an previous exchange filing on May 7, 2022, the company had said that the capacity addition at Dahej, Gujarat, which would be done with an investment of Rs 540 crore, would have a peak revenue potential of approximately Rs 600 crore per annum.

Stock Market LIVE Updates:  Styrenix Performance Materials today informed that its board has approved the acquisition of 100 per cent shareholding of INEOS Styrolution (Thailand), from its shareholders INEOS Styrolution Group GmbH, INEOS Styrolution APAC Pte and INEOS Styrolution Hong Kong Company, for a consideration of $20 million.

The company, in an exchange filing, said, "The Board has also approved incorporation of a Step-Down Subsidiary in Thailand in which 99.99 per cent shares will be held by Styrenix Performance Materials FZE, Dubai, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company." 

Apart from that, that company also declared an interim dividend of Rs 31 per equity share of Rs 10 each (310 per cent), while setting Tuesday, December 17 as the record date for eligible shareholders to receive the interim dividend for FY25.
