Stock Market Live Updates: Zydus Lifesciences today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zydus Animal Health and Investments has completed the purchase of a 50 per cent equity stake in Sterling Biotech, from Perfect Day Inc.
 

The company, in an exchange filing, said, "We would like to inform that the transaction of acquisition by Zydus Animal Health and Investments Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus Lifesciences Limited, of 50% equity stake of Sterling Biotech Limited from Perfect Day Inc., was consummated on August 29, 2024".
