The company, in an exchange filing, said it has received an order from Nxtra Data Limited for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of HT Panel for a project in Pune Project. 

Apart from that, Pokarna Engineered Stone has given it an order to supply, instal, test and commission (SITC) Busducts for its Hyderabad project. 

The company added that the delivery of the said goods for both the orders shall be made over a period of six months.

Stock Market LIVE Updates: Shares of IT companies zoomed on Friday ahead of their second-quarter results for the financial year 2025. The Nifty IT index advanced 1.69 per cent during intra-day deals, with all constituent stocks of the index trading in the green. Analysts' consensus estimates suggest the IT industry is expected to continue on the path of recovery in Q2, similar to the preceding quarter, rather than sprinting towards growth. The top four firms are expected to have grown between 0 and 4 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y).

Stock Market LIVE Updates: Reliance Power's share price was locked in 5 per cent lower circuit at Rs Rs 40.06 a piece on the BSE. The decline was followed by the company’s announcement to raise funds from affiliates of US based Värde Investment Partners.

 

The company’s board of directors has approved a fundraise of $500 million (approximately Rs 4,200 crore) through the issuance of foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs). These bonds will be offered on a private placement basis to a US company, featuring a low interest rate of 5 per cent per annum and a tenure of 10 years.
