The company, in an exchange filing, said that under this deal, Mindspace REIT will develop three additional state-of-the-art, built-to-suit data centers, adding a further 1 million sq. ft. to its portfolio. 

The REIT has already developed 2 data centers for PDG, measuring around 0.63 million sq. ft.

Stock Market LIVE Updates: Man Infraconstruction today announced that it has secured the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for the F-wing of its "Atmosphere O2" project in Mulund West, Mumbai within 3.5 years of its launch. 

This company, in an exhchange filing, said it has successfully delivered 2.8 million square feet of carpet area ahead of schedule.

The Atmosphere O2 project spans around 7.2 lakh square feet of RERA carpet area and 18.6 lakh square feet of construction area, featuring three 47-storey residential towers and an 18-storey commercial tower. 

The project, with a revenue potential of about Rs 1,650 crore, is almost sold out and has made a total collection of about Rs 1,475 crore as of September 24 from its bookings, the company added in its exchange filing.
