Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for the purpose of transaction in the Companys scripts by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed from 1st January 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited financial results for the Quarter/Nine months ended 31st December 2024 in terms of the companys code of prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. Accordingly all the designated employees other insiders of the Company (including Directors) and their relatives have been intimated not to trade in the companys share(s) during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.

Revised outcome - Errata in the outcome <BR> In continuation of our letter No. OCL/BSE/2024-25/82 date November 142024 we wish to inform that there were typographical errors in the financial results uploaded by us in the pdf format as shown below.<BR> 1. In the outcome covering letter sl no.2 in line no.2 the existing word during the year 2023-24 shall be read as during the year 2024-25.<BR> 2. This is to reply to your email received by us on 28-10-2024 regarding the delay intimation of Record date; In this regard we wish to inform you that our Company has planned to conduct EGM on 6th November 2024; this EGM is only for the purpose of approval of appointment of a new Independent Director from the shareholder at the EGM. And we wish to inform you that we are not conducting this EGM for any other purpose mentioned in regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 like declaration of Dividend and any other purpose mentioned in the above said SEBI Regulations.Hence we wish to withdraw this intimation (Record Date).
