In pursuance of Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 The Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 14 2024 have approved/noted the following items:1).The Unaudited Financial Results comprising of Balance Sheets of the Company as at 30th September 2024 the Statement of Profit & Loss and the Cash Flow Statement for the Quarter and half year ended on that date along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company as required under Regulation 33 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 205
