In Pursuance of regulation 30 and regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 14 2024 have approved / noted the following items.1) Unaudited financial results comprising of Balance sheets of the company as at 30th September 2024 the statement of Profit & Loss and the cash flow statement for the quarter and half year ended on that date along with the LLR of the Auditors of the company as required under the regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR)Regulations 2015 is enclosed as Annexure I.
