Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Limited (OCCL) was formerly incorporated as 'Dharuhera Chemicals Limited' on June 19 1978. The Company acquired its present name after the amalgamation of Oriental Carbon with itself in 1984. The Company's core business is manufacturing and sales of Insoluble Sulphur Sulphuric acid. The Company is a global supplier of Insoluble Sulphur of which major turnover is from Exports. It has 2 manufacturing facilities one in Haryana and other one in Gujarat. The Company has been informed by the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) that they have changed their name from Link Intime India Private Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited. The address and other contact details of the RTA remain unchanged.

Resignation of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI(LODR)Regulations 2015 and as per the information received from the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company please be informed that a request has been received for issuance of Duplicate Share Certificate in lieu of the Original Share Certificate details of which are given in the letter.
