pursuant to clause 4 of the schedule B to the SEBI (prohibition of insider trading) Regulations 2015 as well as in terms of code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives notice is hereby given that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed with effect from Tuesday 01 october 2024 till the end 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the qurter ended on 30th september 2024 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives. the date of board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for quarter ended on 30th september 2024 will be intimated to the stock Exchanges in due course. further the insiders/designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the company during the above mentioned period of closure of trading window.
