To consider a proposal for increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company and subsequent alteration of Memorandum of Association of the Company. 3. To consider and approve the proposal for issuance of Equity Shares on Preferential basis in accordance with provisions of SEBi (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 and Companies Act 2013 as amended and subject to statutory and regulatory approvals.
