Financial Express (English) and Mumbai Lakshdeep (Marathi).

RAJKAMAL SYNTHETICS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations2015 we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled tobe held on Tuesday November 12 2024 to consider inter alia:1. To approve Standalone Unaudited Financial Results with Limited Review of the Company for thequarter and half year ended September 30 2024.2. Any other business which forms part of the Agenda Paper.Further pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting oftrading by Insiders and Code of fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information the tradingwindow of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024 is closed from TuesdayOctober 01 2024 and shall reopen after expiry of 48 hours from declaration of said Financial Results.

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Company has received intimation letter from M/s Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited (Registrar Transfer Agent) we provide herewith the information regarding receipt of intimation of loss of share certificates from Shareholders as mentioned in the letter.
