Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you about the following changes in composition of the Board:(a) Ms. Seema Sanei (DIN: 10549952) has tendered her resignation as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from closure of business hours on 03rd January 2025 citing pre-occupation and other personal commitments. Consequently She shall also cease to be a Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Company.(b) Mr. Pratik Shah (DIN: 06809235) has tendered his resignation as the Independent Director of the Company with effect from closure of business hours on 03rd January 2025 citing pre-occupation and other personal commitments. Consequently he shall also cease to be Member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.
