Limited (RTA) which is enclosed herewith we hereby confirm that we have compiled following actions within 15 days of receipt of Certificate(s) of security from the depository Participant for the Purpose of dematerialization:1. The Securities comprised in the said Certificate(s) Dematerialized have been listed on the Stock Exchange or Exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed and 2. The said Certificate(s) after due verification have been mutilated and cancelled and the name of the depository has been substituted in our records as the registered owner.
