1. Conversion of 1000000 warrants into 1000000 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each out of the warrants allotted by way of preferential allotment to the following persons/entities pursuant to exercise of their right of conversion of warrants into Equity Shares and accordingly the Board of Directors have allotted 1000000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2/- each fully paid up on account of conversion. (Annexure I)Pursuant to conversion the Issued Subscribed and Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 449525000/- consisting of 224762500 fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each. The new equity shares so allotted shall rank pari-pasu with the existing equity shares of the Company.*This is consider after the split of Equity Shares from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/- each.
