Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on today i.e. Tuesday 29th October 2024 inter alia transacted the following business: Considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2024.Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we submit herewith Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2024 along with Cash Flow Statement for the half year ended 30th September 2024 the Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the company.
