Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that Shakti Pumps (India) Limited has received its first work order from the State of Jharkhand. Jharkhand Renewable Energy Department Agency has given letter of Award for 400 nos. of Solar Water Pumping System at various locations across the State of Jharkhand under Component-B of PM-KUSUM scheme. The total amount of order value is for around Rs. 9.40 crores (inclusive of GST). Please take the same on your records.
