Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2024.ii. Terms of First and final call money on 15543125 partly paid up Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each which was issued and allotted on 12th August 2024 on rights basis pursuant to Letter of Offer dated 04th July 2024.
