In furtherance to our corporate announcement dated November 23 2022 wherein the exchanges were informed that the Resolution Professional filed an application before the Honble NCLT Mumbai for approval of the resolution plan under Section 30(6) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(7) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform and update that in the above mentioned application the Honble NCLT Mumbai reserved its orders.
