As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBL (PIT) Regulations 2015 and amended from time to time the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday 1st January 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended 31st December 2024 and Nine months ended 31st December 2024.During this aforesaid closed Trading Window period the Employees Directors Key managerial personnel Promoters Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in the Companys Share/Securities.The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended 31st December 2024 and Nine month ended 31st December 2024 will be intimated in due course.
