A statement confirming that there is no deviation or variation in the utilization of proceeds for quarter ended September 30 2024 duly reviewed by the Audit Committee is attached.The money raised by Company through First and Final Call of Right Issue during the quarter ended September 30 2024 has been utilized for the objects as stated in the letter of offer dated January 15 2024.
