This is in reference to approval of Resolution plan by Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Ahmedabad Bench. This is to inform the stakeholders that the Resolution Plan submitted by Mercury Terra Firma ( Resolution Applicant or RA ) in respect of Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills Limited ( Corporate Debtor or CD ) has been approved by NCLT. A copy of NCLT order is attached herewith. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A Clause 16 and other applicable regulations of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 the specific details of Approved Resolution plan are submitted.
