The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held today has considered and approved the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024.

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. November 11 2024 has inter alia considered and approved the following: 1. The Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half- year ended September 30 2024.2. Limited Review Report on Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half- year ended September 30 2024.The Company is hereby enclosing the Un-audited Financial Results as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 along with the Limited Review Report. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:00 a.m and concluded at 5.15 p.m.
