Shreyas Intermediates Limited (SIL) was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in Nov.'89 and was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company in Apr.'92. The company was promoted by Dinesh Sharma who is also the Managing Director of the Company. It is engaged in the manufacture of napthalene-based dye-intermediates. Initially SIL produced H-acid with an installed capacity of 1080 tpa. The plant is located at Lote Parshuram in Ratnagiri Maharashtra. Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulation 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for all the designated persons and their relatives from Wednesday 01.01.2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2024.

Pursuant to Reg 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 the board of directors in its meeting held on Wednesday 13.11.2024 approved the unaudited financials for the Quarter and half Year ended 30.09.2024 alongwith the Auditors Limited review Report.

The Board of Directors in its meeting held on Wednesday 13th November 2024 at 4.00 p.m. have considered and approved the following: 1.
