This has reference to clarification sought from the Company on November 21 2024 in relation to movement in price of the securities of the Company we hereby clarify that at present there are no such material information/ disclosure which are price sensitive and which may result in the movement in price of the Companys share which the Company has not disclosed to the Stock Exchange in recent past.The Company has been deligently disclosing all the material information to the various stakeholders and have been duly complying with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 in past and is committed to disclose any such material information in future as well as may be required to be disclosed pursuant to the applicable regulations
