Enclosing herewith the copy of Newspaper Publication of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September2024 approved in Board Meeting of the company held on 11th November2024 published in Financial Express (English Newspaper) on 12th November2024 and Mumbai Lakshadweep (Marathi Newspaper) on 12th November2024.

The securities received from the depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended 30th September 2024 were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories by us and that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed.
