With reference to our letter dated October 21st 2024 Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Standard Capital Markets Limited in its Meeting held today i.e. October 24th 2024 at 2:45 P.M. and Concluded at 03:35 P.M. at its Registered office have inter - alia Considered approved the issuance of upto 50000 (Fifty Thousand) Secured Unlisted Unrated Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) having a face value of INR 100000 (Indian Rupees One lakh) each aggregating up to an amount of INR 5000000000/- (Rupees Five Hundred Crores Only) in one or more tranches on a Private Placement basis in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act 2013 and other applicable laws.
