Update on acquisition - The Company has subscribed and been allotted 51801 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 1469 per share aggregating to Rs. 76613679 in Clean Max Jasper Pvt. Ltd. (CMJPL). Post allotment of shares on right basis shareholding percentage of the Company in CMJPL is 36.13% (same as initially acquired).
