This is with reference to the circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 issued by BSE Limited (BSE) pertaining to clarification regarding trading restriction period read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations 2019 dated July 25 2019.<BR> <BR> In complying with the aforesaid circular and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations 2019 We wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities/shares of Indo Amines Limited (the Company) will remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company w.e.f. 1st October 2020 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2020.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record.

We are herewith enclosing disclosure pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/84 dated 20th May 2020 on material impact of COVID-19 pandemic under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulation) in Annexure-A.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above on your record.

This is in continuation of our earlier communication letter dated 31.03.2020 regarding closure of trading window from 01.04.2020 till completion of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31.03.2020 generally made available to the public. The said closure period of trading window is still continuing as the Board of Directors shall consider the said audited financial results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31.03.2020 on or before 31.07.2020 in view of extension given by SEBI vide its Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated 24.06.2020.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to provisions of Companys Code read with SEBI (PTI) Reg 2015 Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company shall continue to remained closed for Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons till completion of 48 hours after the Un-Audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended 30.06.2020 generally made available to the public.

Pursuant to provisions of Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including any statutory modification(s) amendment(s) and re-enactment(s) thereof) Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons from Wednesday April 01 2020 till completion of 48 (forty eight) hours after the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31 2020 generally made available to the public.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record.<BR>
