Sir/MadamEnclosed please find newspaper clippings of the Advertisement as published in the newspapers regarding Extract of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2024 as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 13th November 2024.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today have inter-alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30th September2024. Accordingly please find attached a copy of the approved Unaudited Financial Results together with a copy of the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company as required under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations.

Surat Trade And Mercantile Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2024 inter alia to consider and approve inter-alia the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and six months ended 30th September 2024.

On the basis of the confirmation received from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent KFIN Technologies Limited we confirm that the securities dematerialized during the quarter ended 30th September 2024 as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 have been furnished to the Depositories.

Please find enclosed disclosure as required under Regulation 7(2)(b) of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 in prescribed Form C in respect of inter se transfer of 68842619 equity shares between promoters of the Company by way of gift.
