With reference to above mentioned subject and our letter dated November 06 2024 intimating about a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on November 14 2024 we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. on Thursday November 14 2024.In compliance with Regulations 30 & 33 of the Listing Regulations the Company hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company have inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months ended on September 30 2024 along with Limited Review Report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.The meeting commenced at 1:00 p.m. and concluded at 2:15 p.m.
