We wish to inform you that SEBI vide its letter dated 03.12.2024 has granted certain relaxations for the specific purpose of seeking voluntary delisting of equity shares of the company. The company has to initiate the voluntary delisting process within one month of the SEBI letter dated 03.12.2024 and to complete the voluntary winding up (delisting) within a period of one year from the date of the said SEBI letter.
