Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended and the companys code of practices and procedure for fair disclosures and code of conduct on prohibition of insider trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives Notice is hereby given that the trading window for trading in securities of the company shall remain closed for Directors Designated persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect from January 1 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on 31.12.2024.Accordingly all the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of the closure of trading window.The date of Board meeting for consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 31.12.2024 shall be intimated separately.
