Further to our letter dated 4/11/2024 and 13/11/2024 regarding fixing of record date for payment of interim dividend for FY 2024-25. In accordance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI(Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to intimate that the Record date fixed for the purpose of interim dividend stands revised from 22/11/2024 to 29/11/2024. The dividend payout date also stands revised as 6/12/2024.The said revision is being done due to trading holiday declared on 20/11/2024 on account of Maharastra Assembly Election and the said record is in compliance with Reg. 42 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015.
