Welspun Investme Announcement

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and Companys code of conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code) the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons and its immediate relatives from January 01 2025 till 48 hours after the date of the Board Meeting wherein the approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024 would be considered by the Board.
