We would like to inform you that the Board meeting of the Company is proposed to be held on Thursday 14th November 2024 at 04:00 PM at its Corporate Office D-61 Okhla Industrial Area Phase-1 New Delhi-110020 to consider and approve inter-alia Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September 2024. In accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the designated persons from 01st October 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results i.e. upto November2024 (both days inclusive).The Trading window will will resume from 17th November 2024.
