WINTAC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/12/2020 inter alia to consider and approve Board Meeting is scheduled to consider proposal for borrowing of funds upto Rs.750 Crores for the purpose of (i) Repayment of Existing bank borrowings (ii) Meet working capital requirements and (iii) Capital expenditure requirements of the Company.
