Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window shall be closed for all designated persons relatives and insiders of the company with effect from 01st January 2025 until 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December 2024.

Pursuant to Regulation 47 of the SEBI (LODR) 2015 Please find the attached copies of newspaper publications of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024.

Submission of financial results

Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting which was held today i.e. 13th November 2024 has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 along with limited review report thereon.Accordingly we are enclosing:1.
